Return Process

  Contact our support team via email with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack your telescope or accessory in its original factory packaging, including all lenses, manuals, and protective foam to prevent damage during transit.

  Shipping Your Item

  Affix the provided return label or ship the package to our Auckland warehouse using a tracked courier service to ensure the safe arrival of your delicate electronics.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the optics and electronics, we will process your full refund or ship your replacement unit within 5 business days.
